Turnaround time varies depending on the product, quantity, design complexity, and current order volume. I do my best to offer fast turnaround whenever possible (as soon as 24-48 hrs in some cases) and will communicate your estimated completion date before your order is confirmed.
Absolutely! You can send me your idea, colors, theme, wording, photos, or inspiration, and I can help bring your vision to life.
Yes. You can provide your own artwork, logo, photo, or design. High-quality files are preferred whenever possible for the best finished result. In addition please assure background of image is transparent.
Yes. For custom designs, a proof or design preview can be provided for approval before production when applicable. Please review spelling, names, dates, colors, and other details carefully before approving.
Yes, rush orders may be available depending on my current schedule and the item being ordered. Additional rush fees may apply.
Yes. Pricing for larger quantities is quoted individually because discounts depend on the product, design, materials, and quantity ordered. 50% of payment will be due upfront and then the rest upon delivery.
For your convenience, Xtine Designs accepts Cash, Check, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment details will be provided when your order is confirmed.
Because personalized and custom items are created specifically for each customer, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once approved and produced. If there is an issue with your order, please contact Xtine Designs so I can review it with you.
Yes! Xtine Designs offers shipping within the United States only, as well as local pickup and local delivery when available. Shipping and delivery fees vary based on the size of the order, destination, and requested turnaround time.
